Second, joint action on food security。China is ready to help Afghanistan enhance its food security，Improve the overall agricultural production capacity;China will jointly build five modern agricultural joint laboratories with Afghanistan，We will carry out 50 agricultural technology cooperation demonstration projects，To send 500 agricultural technical experts to Afghanistan，We will help Afghanistan increase grain output, improve its capacity to reduce losses from purchase and storage, and enhance agricultural production efficiency.Establish a "green channel" for Albania's high-quality agricultural and food products to enter China。
